How would you tell what version of pci you have?

I have an intel D865GVHZ and i want to put in a x1300 pci card.

I mean like pci 2.0 or 2.1

First there is two styles of PCI. One is just called PCI. If you want a PCI card for a PCI slot (the white slots), then there is no different version. The other is called PCI express and that's for the latest and greatest video cards. These can be different speeds, but since your motherboard doesn't come with PCI express, that isn't important.
