There is no "service" in football, at least not American football. On special teams plays like punts and kicks, there are two team designations: the kicking team, and the receiving team. Obviously, the receiving team is the one being kicked or punted to, as they will be receiving the ball.

in volleyball for instance, the recieving team is the team that is receiving the ball from the server, so, the receiving team is not serving.
