The uterus doesn't move so much as the baby moves and the uterus stretchs; the uterus is pretty firmly anchored by ligaments, but the baby can be in a position to make one side or the other look a bit bigger, and make the placement seem off-center.

Yes it does! And you may be able to feel the baby now. It feels like little flutters or butterflies at first. Most of the time as soon at you move or try to feel it, they seem to stop but don't worry, in just a couple of weeks you'll start to feel little bumps and pokes and you will know that it is the baby.

yes it does, i started to feel little flutters in my tummy at about 13wks...

yes. when it gets bigger it can make your whole body look lopsided.
