All the Dems did was pass a bill to fund and enact the anti-terror recommendations of the 9-11 report.
The 9-11 report is a document that cons are very fond oy quoting whenever someone questions Bush's 9-11 story.
There probably will be another terrorist artttack to validate the anti-Dem sentiment expressed here. That one, too, will be done by the US govt.

Any terrorist attack is the fault of the terrorist and anyone who knew it was going to happen and did nothing. I am sure if there is one, however, it will be blamed on the Democrats.

No it will be Bush's fault. Terror attack, Bush's fault; Un-wed mothers, Bush's fault; 30ft of snow in Denver, Bush's fault. The Libs have a wierd game, they blame anything and everything they can on Bush.
