oh, more room! Last week I got a Jury Duty notice with my address, but some guy's name. Today I got an ITT Tech flyer with my address, but some OTHER guy's name. Should I fear identity theft in any way? No one would be playing a trick on me.

Not a problem; it's just people using outdated mailing lists. Any such mail that arrives first class should be returned, marked "No longer at this address -- forwarding address unknown" (unless, by chance, you happen to know what the forwarding address is). Advertisements can be trashed; and packages (should any arrive) can be treated the same way as first class mail. I get mail at my house addressed to people who lived here 20 years ago.

No for it to be I D theft they would have to be using your name. It's probably former residents in some cases change of address information expires after a time maybe this is the case. Also are you sure that the people aren't neighbors of yours?

If it just started my guess is that someone who used to live there or has known someone who lived there is using the address to hide his where abouts or maybe because he has no real address. If it was identity theft it would have your name on it.

Probably just a former resident. I would write "return to sender" on the envelope and give it back to the post office. That way, the court and ITT know that guy doesn't live there anymore.

I would go to the local post office and have any mail that is not addressed to you returned to sender as No Such Person

Yes, if you cannot verify with your landlord that this person was not a prior tenant years ago.
