Companies are constantly demanding applicants with "strong" personalities, so if everyone had to develop one in order to get a job, wouldn't the world just become this undynamic, dull place?

It depends on the definition of "strong" Some people have a physical presence and can be a strong vocal leader. While others are better at having a strong behind the scenes presence that gets good work done, even if they aren't on the front lines. Employers don't want meek, weak people that will slack off.

to have a "strong personality" is good, but having it all people in the world, thats probably impossible because we are created in different aspects of the personality within. To the company, purpose... they do need it but majority... im afraid not...

At first I thought your answer is that no, the bar of what's "dynamic" would simply be raised. There are still degrees.
Dull? Not as long as there's humor huh?
