If a man is on diability and was sent to prison for molesting a child can he still get his diability while in prison

no. they have a whole q and A section on this. the prison even gets a reward for reporting his SSN so they can stop the benefits

IF he was already getting them, then there is a possibility that he would continue to get them. That is because the "system" does not keep up on recipients to see if they are eligible or not. The way to stop those payments, if that is your intent, is to get the prosecuting attorney to send a message to the Social Security office and tell them about the recipient.

No, they used to, but it has been taken care of. Molestors should be "under" the prison.

No. I believe that while you are in prision you are denied all rights to social security benefits.
