Any one knows ? Is there any importance of Microsoft Exams for the future job ?

I m a Software Engineer and Right now I m working in IT company from last one Year...

So I want to just know that....

Is there any importance of Microsoft Certificate Exams for the future job or any other criteria ?? I m very confused to give Microsoft's Exams !!

And yes, tell me which is the important exams between MCTS and MCPD ??

Certain companies require to have it. But not the only thing you should attain.
People are not knowledgable with the previous one and they will probably like the old one.

MCPD would also do fine.
