I have a friend who believes she has alien genes and one day her "family" will come for her? good luck with that!

I doubt any sane person would think that aliens are comming to collect them. Same as for fantasy fanatics who hope their mythical hero (say, a dragon that knows magic, or a ...ugh!...FURRY for example) will open a magic portal from its homeworld and call you to join them.
Becides, dont you think that aliens have better things to do than to come to our hostile, visious, selfish, me me me! fundamentalist, dictatorship planet? Why The aliens could be thinking the same thing and want US to go to their world and collect them.
