Where is that foul stench coming from in the New Jersey/New York area?

There is a rotten egg smell coming from somewhere around this area. I haven't heard much else about it on the news. I'm in Northern New Jersey. Anyone have any ideas?

I'm guess it must have something to do with the mild weather.
