my cell phone dropped in the water and now it's not working. should i get a new battery or will the water affect the phone.

call your service provider.. it has affected your phone... you should wait til it is way dry and put battery baq in and see if it ruinded the phone completely.. cause not all the time it does..
but you are gonna have to call whoever you have your phone through(t-mobile, verizon, cingular, etc) and if you have insurance pay the deductable and get anohter... if u dont have ins.. you are kinda screwed.. you will have to pay retail on a new phone..(which is really expensive)
