I'm size 0 and my inseam is 36" and the best places I've found to buy clothes is at hollister, abercrombie, american eagle, buckle, and charlotte russe. they're more expensive clothing stores, but they have extra small and extra long everything

Have you heard of the store, Contempo? They have very nice
clothes for Ladies your size. Oh, and a store called Rainbow too.

There is a store I've found in a few malls around where I live called 5-7-9 and everything in there is very small and inexpensive as well.
I'm very tiny and it's so frustrating, I'm barely a size zero. ::sigh::

I totally understad your delema.
If you're tall - Khols is a really great place for 0 that are long,
If you're short - Try stores like Areopostale, and AEgle.

they sell size 0 in almost every store, you can find them easily anywhere in shopping malls like macy's, nordstrom, american eagle, abercrombie, express, charlotte russe, forever 21, ceci outlet, 5-7-9, levi's etc.
