What do you like best in a knee-high boot ? side-zip, bootlaces,or both ??

I love the style of laces...even more, I love the convenience of zippers.
My compromise...BOTH.
I have boots with JUST laces...I love them to death, but if I have to get dressed in a hurry, fuggeddabouddit.

ariat makes a boot that has laces interior the front and a zip contained in the lower back. That way you'll get out and in of them faster and by no ability have the concern of the zipper rubbing your leg. For the record although, i have by no ability had that project.

Zippers!! I don't have time to lace a knee-high boot!! But I do have to admit they are cute.

I think it really depends on your style:
To me, boots that laced up always signified a more younger, trendier look. Also, a sort of grunge look, as well.
However, side zip seems more streamlined and versatile to wear to dress up or even dress down.

I like a side zip with dressier outfits, but laces look cute with certain types of skirts.

side zip easier to handle and looks better (depends on what kind of style and color)with some the laces looks better.

Both. You lace them once to fit, then on you just zip on and off.

depends on the colour, and style. Dont mind either way, but a side zip is prob my fave

side zip, because the laces are too gothic punk style, and i like the sophisticated style
