There is no guilt in TV, you either like a show or you don't. If you don't like it, don't watch it. If you like it, watch it, and who gives a damn about what anybody else thinks.
There is, however, guilt free TV.
E.G. you're at uni, and you know you have to study or write an assignment, but you watch telly instead. Once uni is over for the year, you know you can watch TV as much as you like, guilt free, coz there is nothing else you "should" be doing instead.

Why is Reba your "guilty" pleasure? It's a good show, I knew her in school. She went to Kiowa, Oklahoma, I live in McAlester, Ok!! She is very talented...in lots of ways. Happy 2007!

It was Flava Flav...but, until I watch I love New York, it is probably The Real World or The Dual.

Sex and the City and Charmed (Unfortunately, both series are over - but I still like to watch them on TBS and Diva, respectively)
