i have a tourist visa, im planning to go to hawaii in february and then to LA, is that considered as domestic flight? no need no pass through immigration??

It is a domestic flight so you don't pass through immigration. You usually have to get a simple customs clearance. Not a big deal at all. Sometime they will ask if you have any fresh fruit or produce or live animals entering Hawaii.

From Hawaii to LA is a domestic flight. Just prepare your passport whenever you travel.

It is a domestic flight. You will not be able to take any food products, esp. fruit, into Los Angeles as California takes the protection of its agricultural industry very seriously. (you can have some products shipped by the stores, though). But, you'll be covered by your visa as with any other US destination.
