I don't know where you can get more info but you will get illegals coming by the bus full now.

I didn't listen--Did he say that really? Well a lot of taxes
will need to be increased to cover this one. Medi-Cal is
cutting back due to lack of funds. I think its all hot air, or
maybe he plans to open up the old fashioned "clinics" again.

they are getting it anyway so whats new about his proposal? they get free educations, free financial aid and support from the states and don't pay taxes so in essence they are getting it free.
