It's all probably being monitored now thanks to Bush and it's slowing everything down. I've noticed it too.

Last year they allowed the rest of the world to join in the net in the US and it has ate up bandwidth it is slower sometimes, you get 4 billion people on the net at the same time and divide it by 56k see how many bytes that is Terra bytes that is that is the highest number I can think of.

its not just you computers slow down over time because of cashed data and such also spyware and stuff that you cant even get rid of
they all effect the internet
back up all your essential data and format ur hard drive when u get back online ull find that you system not just the internet but everyuthing else too is running at least twice as fast

its because of your network isp (dsl, cable, dial up) is not getting very fast enough for data to come upload whenever your opening a page or picture

also you need to check for any viruses and spywares because that too slows the pc performance too

thirdly, u also need a fast processor computer

Its prolly just your computer getting older and older, with lots of un-needed programs running in the background that were not there when your machine was new.

I don't think it's the internet. It could be your provider. You may need to delete your history and cache in your browser.
