Is it a good idea to require all college graduates to have the equivalent to a minor in psychology?

It seems to me that psychology is such a relevant subject for ANYone who is in the work field, unless they don't interact with people.

No. Absolutely NOT! Why would you want every college graduate 'thinking' the same? The whole point of college (other than career) is to learn how to 'think' for yourself. Not like everyone else around you. It would be like saying that every college graduate should have to have a degree in Yada Yada.
