To kibitz is look in on what another player has (their cards, dominoes, etc). Typically, two players will not like it if you kibitz on their game. Likewise, opponents don't like when you allow kibitzing. If you would like to learn how to play a game by kibitzing, be sure to ask both players if it is alright before you start. It may take a few tables before you find a pair that is ok with that, but I guarantee someone will let you see what they have before too long. We were all noobies once.
