It sure looks that way with India and 'Pakistan' hehe
Both countries are increasing their nuclear capacities.

Hi, limebunke. Thank you for such a thought-provoking question. Don't believe who said about whom. Please open the doors of your conscience and come to the conclusion based on the responses that you receive. If you turn the pages of world history, no government is found to be an ideal one. Democracy is the best of bad governments and the worst of good governments. In spite of several anomalies, the democracy in India is functioning better than what the people opined at the time of acquisition of independence. Parliamenetary democracy is quite new to India and as such it is still in experimental stage. Let us not judge the efficacy of the government on the basis of nuclear capacities that a country possesses. Not only India and Pakistan but several other countries are competitive in piling up nuclear arms leading to complete global annihilation. If India and Pakistan are vanished from world map, naturally other countries are ought to go to devil.
