What's the best Tattoo parlor or artist in London, UK?

I'm flying over in May, and I want to get some ink while I'm there. Any suggestions?

suggestion...don't do it...it is not clean, safe or cool, now the new tattoo is none...pls. think twice...it is not safe, painful and will be on you when you are 80 (only all stretched out)...LOL...
