What your 'hehe' mean? Are you making fun of India finding itself in the situation that you describe. No. I don't think so. Because India developed in many aspects after independence. and nuclear power is amust to any country to defend itself. In this present situation, if any country will not develop its defence mechanism, it would be a chance for another country to attack it and conquer the country.
