You may have the right to collect Welfare, WIC, or some other form of government aid if you are an emancipated minor, legally not under anyone's guardianship. You also have the right and responsibility to collect child support from the father of your child to cover some of your expenses.

You must get emmancipated from your folks. But I believe you are a ward of the state along with your child. Go to the Wisconsin site and look it up.
