The same way a girl would try to meet a guy. At a pub, club, through friends, hanging out where the type of person they are looking for might go. Or you could just try singles websites.

What do you really want just a gal pal to fool around with or a life long best friend. I would do thing that you like and findgirls that like the same thing. You might try clubs or sports like golf or tennis. Also there are plenty of chat rooms and datting place to look into.
Sometimes when your not even looking for someone to connect with you will bumb into each other. I think that called fate. I know that I have been looking for a good man for a long time however if the right gal came along and we clicked then that would be ok with me.
I am a transsexual and I have been frisky with both men and women, but in all cases I was dressed as a female and would never go fool around with a man dressed as a man and never fool around with a woman dressed as a man. Myspace, or some other loaalized chat form specifically for dating in your area. Not Match.com or any of that but something real and legitimate. Also you could try going joining clubs geared specifically towards lesbians.
