Depends on what you are doing with them.
I suppose they could, if you don't use them properly, or if you are too large for the condom. But they are mean to protect from std's and pregnancy, not to make you feel better. They may also hurt if you don't use enough lube, so get out the KY.

No they don't hurt! They may make sex feel different... but to be 98% safe its something thats got to be done! trust me, you'd rather use condoms than have the consequences - i know!

They can hurt if they are not lubricated. Definitely get lubricated ones. My boyfriends says sometimes they hurt when his pubic hair gets caught in them. Also, I hate the way they smell (like burning rubber). That's why I'm on the pill (and also because my boyfriend and I don't have any STDs).

They aren't supposed to, but if you get irritation from them, you may be allergic to the latex. You can buy latex-free ones, but they cost more.
