We as humans have the power to change.... I am a believer of the humanistic perspective of psychology that says that what makes a human is his will and ability to change whatever he wants about his own personality, behavior, actions, and ultimately his future... Besides we don't always change because we want, sometimes our situation, surrounding, religion and beliefs, family, and even simple friends or people change our way of thinking and behavior... The thing is, we must try to change always for good and be better persons as we mature more and more... Each of us has his own and unique way of seeing the world and reacting to the stimuli around us, and we do change by all this...

The only thing that never changes is change. Not necessarily your personality or character but your life in general. How we react to these continual changes can either be the same or we can learn from our past and try to change the things that didn't work previously. I really feel that God tests us to make changes we need- for ourselves and for others. No, I am not a bible thumper but do have faith in Him. So, YOU can change; however, you cannot necessarily change someone else as it is their decision to do so. They have to want to and work at it. I is hard but can be done. I try to think about what I could do differently which did not work for me in the past and most of the times it has helped. So do this. It is never too late. I am now looking at what I need to change in my life and I how to change with it. I am middle-aged and know I have to work at it and be patient (something in the past that was hard for me to do). Yes, it is hard but better than staying the same, in the same place, making the same mistakes, and/or just ignoring it. In summary we can change if we want to. I have in many ways. It seems like the most changes and the best changes I have made are when I am faced with challenges. **** luck in your life.

We change. Scientist have proven that if we thing a curtain way over a long period of time, the structure of the brain changes and adapts towards the thing you conceptrate on. Our bodies also change to adapt to what environment we are in.
Everything is always in constant change, if not we would not be able to survive.

Those who learn from their experiences change in a lot of ways, but their inner core remains the same. Those who are stunted in their mental growth do not change, or, hardly do. They're easy to recognize because they're the ones who have the same beliefs and ideas that they did when they were young. Or, they refer to their upbringing often, as if they can't think beyond what their parents taught them.

Yes we really can change.............it is in our power to be what we want to be. If we stay the same it is because we like where we are at, or we are just too lazy to do anything about it...........because it does take a conscious effort to change.

I am living proof that we can change...I did a drastic life-check, snapped myself out of my little world and realized what I would be giving up if I didnt change. It wasn't worth it, I find myself feeling like a brand new person and I love the new me!

I love this question. It's easy and I can answer it honestly. Yes - we can change. I changed a lot, and I'm much happier now.

yes, we can change... but not that instant... it should be Practice, then a Routine, and finally, a Habit... everbody has the capability to change, but it is in you how long would you take it for granted.
