My 1993 Accord LX sedan presently has the OEM 14" wheels with covers. The 2002 Accord EX sedan wheels are 15" rims. Both are 4 lug but seller said they might still not be compatable. How can I tell?

The person above has it right, the 4cyl accords are 4x114.3, the 6cyl are 5x114.3.
But they don't fit just any 4 lug prelude. Preludes from 92-96 are 4x114.3, all years before that are 4x100.

go to a website that sells wheels and see if the lug pattern is the same. I suggest tirerack.com

Yes they will, the bolt pattern is 4 x 114.3, they will fit
