....that is a perfect weight. I am 5'7 128lbs and I am perfectly healthy. You are three inches shorter and basically that same weight you are fine.

Well, do you feel like you look anorexic? Personally, I don't think that's too skinny.

If you want to gain weight, do it through light exercise for muscle and building up your bones with vitamin-dense foods. Load up on protein, or basically anything natural. Or even most everything except chips and candy.

Actually I'm not sure about exercise. The main thing is to gain weight slowly, otherwise it might get out of control, and to do it by consuming more than you burn. So maybe eat frequent light meals throughout the day and go for a light walk sometime during the day.

If you really want to gain weight complan bought from the chemist will help you gain weight, firstly though see the nursr at your gp for advice you may feel thin but indeed could be the right weight it is easier to put on weight than take it off

whats up im not an expert yet i do have countless lady acquaintances which have problems with weight so i convey them to the wrestling club that im at and also you're questioning wrestling is a guy pastime or gay yet your going to drop extra pounds quickly. mainly because you're in a room that's on the fringe of 90degrees warm at you'd be operating and leaping, lifting human beings and numerous different issues. in case you want to coach with a lady you should convey a chum. i understand it would want to help drop extra pounds and maximum human beings say that you'll purely lose about a million-5 kilos per week yet i say bull **** cuz that they had me dropping on the fringe of 10 kilos an afternoon. human beings would say it wasnt healthful yet my docter suggested i changed into healthful as a horse. nicely i desire i helped!

at 5'4 & 123 lbs, you don't need to gain any thing. your ideal weight can be found by:
5 feet = 100lbs
for every inch over 5feet = 5lbs.
so your ideal weight is 120lbs.

If I were you I'd drink soda and eat chips and fruit. You might want to eat things with a lot of fat in them, it wont make you fat but it will make you gain some weight. Hope this helps,

I really dont think you should gain weight with your height. Your actually about average weight.

the only problem u will ever have concerning weight is - - you hope u don't get OVER-weight - - that is SO much harder.
