Or does it have to have more reason? If that is sufficient then what is the process for a minor in WA to get a name change? Both of my parents would gice permission for it.

In my opinion you can but, right now our country is in the crisis because,12 millions undocumented workers are in this country and some of them using fake ID while others stole ID from the citizens as well as the Immigrants. So you have to have birth certificate, Passport, driver license and social security. Then you can change and I have been told you will have to pay the government $300 to change a name and that was 20 years ago I was told. But, I have no idea now. Good luck and think about positive meaning. Positive name will bring you luck.

Yeah you can. If your a minor than you have to go to jenvile court with a parent to get the agreement but if your 18, then you can change it to whatever you want! But it takes a while to go through the process..

Probably not if you are a minor unless your parent agrees. After you are 18 you can change your name to whatever you like.

You have to be an adult but you can change your name for no good reason. Most stars have not keep their real names.

I don't think A minor can, not without parental permission.but as soon as your twenty one, all it takes is money
