Upload some more pictures then select the one you want as your main profile pic.

Go to Edit/Remove Photos or whatever it's called and click on the Default tab under the photo you want or upload more.

Upload a photo in My Photos, then click Make This My Profile.

from your myspace homepage, upload a picture. After thats been uploaded, theres a place right under the picture where you can click to make it your "Default" picture.

Sign in, go to home, click add/edit photos. it explains everything on that page. if you want to change the pic that pops up first, click "save as defalt pic" (or something like that), under the one you want.
