If Plan B goes over $25 then it is better to go with Plan A where you can call all you want for only $25. So lets see how many calls you have to make to get Plan B to go over $25:

Since you always have to pay the $13 on plan B that leaves $12 ($25 - $13) to pay for calls. So that would be 12.00 divided by .06 which is 200 calls, around 6 or 7 calls per day. Do you talk that much?

25.00 - 13.00 = 12.00
12/.06 = 200 and more

so you can make 200 or more local calls in order for plan A to be the better deal but if you are going to make less than 200 local calls then your better off with Plan B.

dont choose the girl before me. because she first wrote "200" and then after i posted mine, she changed her answer so it would look like mine. please dont choose her for the best answer, she copied me :[

ok so you want to find at one point at which they are both equal, and after that point plan A is better because plan B will still be increasing. so you have:
25=13+.06x
thus, .06x=12
divide both sides by .06, and you get
x=200
thus for any calls more than 200, plan a is better, and only for calls MORE than 200 because at 200 minutes, both plans are the exact same cost. : )
