My perfect day would be spent in solitude. It would be a day in the fall when the sky is grey but not threatening to rain. It would be cool but not cold the kind of weather where you can get by in jeans and a light jacket. I would be somewhere up north either in the Pacific North West (i.e. Washington) or in the New England Area (i.e. Maine). I would be somewhere secluded in a forest, but not a dense forest. The kind that has huge maple trees and cut paths. And, I would spend the day in quiet contemplation just admiring the scenery: the occasional brook that crosses beneath me the glimpse of the mountains through the trees, the lake whose shore I walk on. To be taken in and enfolded by the beauty of the world as it is.
Then, when I tire from my walk through the forest I would come to a small cabin. It would be simple yet comfortable. It would have a nice fireplace, a good kitchen, a comfy bed, and most importantly of all a large soft recliner and a good selection of books. For the rest of the afternoon I would spend reading great works by the likes of Thoreau and Emerson and Whitman, and all the great writers of old; with my only companion being a warm mug of coffee and bagel with cream cheese. And as the hours slip away and day fades into dusk I would light a lantern and prepare my simple dinner. Nothing fancy just a bit of bread, some milk, perhaps a slice of turkey, and a simple salad. I would enjoy my meal in quiet gratitude and then return to my reading.
When at last my eyes become too tired to absorb the wisdom of old, I would finally retire to my comfy bed and sleep the night away.
I would rise late the next morning and eat a breakfast of eggs, toast, and coffee. With breakfast finished I would return the way I came; reflecting on the experiences and the good times I had on my perfect day.
I do suppose if there was that perfect somebody who could accompany me. But she would be like my shadow, only she would walk by my side, sit and read with me, and keep me warm against the cold of the night.

My perfect day is one where it rains hard but doesn't storm. I like hanging out in the house on those days and just listening to the natural symphony playing on the roof and through the leaves in the trees.
I like to sit and read, play on the computer, watch a very old movie . . . or just enjoy the quiet time with my wife and critters around me.

The perfect day for me is when I am with my friends cause they are all very funny and smart... Everything is spontaneous and not to mention honest people that's why I loved talking to them and spending time with them... We always have a mini-party at the house of one of my friends with finger foods and we prepare games that everybody would enjoy...We learn a lot from each other, specially when it comes to fashion... We go shopping when we are already stress with the things going on around us...

It would be to have a day of solitude. No phone calls, no one knocking at the door, me , myself and I reading , watching TV, fooling around on the computer, not having to cook or do dishes, eating a big box of chocolates, just a day alone in peace and quiet. To top it off, not having any bills in the mailbox would even make it better

I spend a lot of my spare time on this computer. I'm with....either my family or (more often) myself. The internet is my company. :p
For a perfect day it would be....at least 10,000 miles from anyone.

my perfect would be NOT working, sitting in the sunshine on a comfortable chair, with a little breeze, drinking a lemonade, and watching nature in my backyard.
