when i get in the web site i dont know where to go that tells me if its sold or if someone is interested on bying it.

At the top of any e bay page click on MY EBAY. You can set up the page and it will give you all buy, sell, bids, watched items, etc.

I think they send you an email or something. I don't use ebay so im probably wrong.

Check your e-mail. When you list something on ebay bookmark your ad so you can watch it.
