I believe you have a pretty good chance. I have a friend who got a 1610/2400 on the SAT, had a 3.0 GPA, and had no AP classes yet received admission to the University of California at Berkeley. There is no structured formula for colleges to admit students. Anyone could get admitted. I would say it's more based on luck, than anything else. A person that has received F's could still get into a top 10 college. Therefore I believe you have a pretty good chance.

You'll most likely be accepted to LAS or business, but your GPA is a little lower than average. UIC doesn't ever list its average high school GPA, but they do list the average student is in the top quarter of his/her class. However, the average for engineering is in the top 20%. You should contact the college of engineering. At UIC, college of Engineering is the hardest to transfer in to from other colleges.
