2. Members of the House can serve on up to as many as 4 committees, but most commonly they serve on 2. Members of the Senate can serve on up to as many as 6 committees, but most commonly they serve on 4.

4. Huh??? Give approval to what?

Filibusters are in senate. not a proceedure in house
