Never!! I lost my Dad when I was young, so my Mom raise us herself, learning she is human, with imperfections and faults makes her my idol.

I have NEVER idolized my parents ESPECIALLY my "father" - although I love my mom to death shes a wonderful person, I never want to be like her.
I kind of created myself and my own way of life. I learned only a few things from them, but not enough to idolize them.

i looked up to them, but never, ever did i idolized them.
they're kind of messed up [a recovering alcoholic, lots of arguing, i had had an unstable home when i was a tot, my mom can't make up her mind about divorce].

I still think my dad is the coolest person in the world. My mom, not so much, but I still love her to bits.

The day I was born: they were too feeble minded to be able to produce answers for my many questions...and now I'm messed up, lol.

i've never met my dad & never idolized the mom. I hope my children will love & honor me but not idolize me, that's for God.
