I have very oily skin and have never found anything for it.Just wash it twice a day, with plain soap, and use your hands not a wash cloth. The more harsh stuff you put on your face can actually make it worse. If you're having problems with your face getting oily in the day they have a thing called rice paper that you can use and it will blot the oil off without harming anything. It's very nice.

The only thing you can really do is use a drying agent, which happens most of the time you clean your face with acne cleansers. Also, there's some oil absorbing paper by Clean and Clear (& also rice paper), that absorbs extra oil in the face, and helps remove the shine. There are also oil control/shine control foundation and powder.
Beyond that, There's not a lot you can do. You may grow out of it, you may not. I, for example, am a teen, and I don't think oily skin runs in my family. A friend of mine, however, is 27 and still has oily skin. So it depends on genetic makeup.
Be warned, oil control products can be a bit expensive, sometimes. And don't use more than one drying agent (like acne cleansers) at a time, otherwise your skin will get dryer.
I also recommend some face toner, perferably something like a Dead Sea Skin product (I like Edom). It tones the skin and helps reduce redness and a bit of the oil. It's very gentle, unlike most toners, and doesn't smell bad, either.

try using an jojoba base soap. ALso you might want to
purchase rice paper pack. Sold at Beauty supply for blotting
oily skin. Though it may seem a curse, the oil in your skin will
help your face look younger in the long run. Those inevitable
wrinkle will taking longer to surface.

If you have oily skin it may be the lotion you are using. If it isn't you may have to take a shower 2 times a day, one in the morning and one at night. Always drink plenty of water too.
