milk is supposed to do a body good unless the person is allergic to it...... so I think the answer is no, but just to be sure you can google it or ask a professional.
hey if milk causes that...just image what chocolate milk would cause...since chocolate is "so" bad for us.

when ur on ur period it can make it so ur not as cranky and so u dont get cramps.
