Well, it matters what you want. Like you've said to me before, twirls hurt your feet, so you shouldn't do them. But do the ones that don't hurt or the ones that you have to use your feet heavily. Your feet will be a problem in ballet, tap and such but hip-hop and others that you like, not a problem.

So yeah. Don't do the moves that hurt.

P.S.:

You are a GREAT dancer, do NOT stop!!!

It really depends on what style of dance you are wanting to do. Jazz, pop, modern and tap can be done with feet problems like you are talking about. Ballet may be a different story, you would probably be fine for regular ballet slippers, but would really have a big problem if you wanted to dance en pointe.
I have a student right now with foot deformities. She does hip hop, jazz, tap and tumbling. She is actually in the advanced classes and is one of the best dancers we have. She did not let her foot problems stop her from dancing.
If your problems are severe, seek the help of a podiatrist. Perhaps corrective surgery will be the first step for you. Then you could start dancing following any advice from a doctor.
Good luck!

Can you walk? If you can walk - you can dance. If the condition of your feet is so severe that you can't walk you probably can't dance either.

You can improve your feet. You need to develop muscles that you don't have developed. Some people are flat-footed because of that. You should go to foot doctor or to sports medicine doctor and get orthopedic insoles (especially if you are young!) and a bunch of exersises. Your feet will re-shape significantly if you work on them a lot. Every dancer has to work on their feet. Dancing is demanding on your feet and what is enough for everyday life is not enough for dancing.
