The first and most important reason is broken families. Statistically, children raised in single parent homes tracks closely to violent crime rates. Ironically such economic opportunity as has been available to Afro Americans has compounded the problem. In generations past, educated and stable black families lived in the same neighborhoods as the poorest blacks. Equal opportunity has facilitated an exodus of Blacks out of the ghettos creating a two class division in black culture. It is difficult to lay the blame for violence on the traditional explanations of racism and oppression since both racism and oppression were worse in decades past when these same neighborhoods had much lower crime rates. Add to these developments drugs and a broad cross cultural desensitizing to violence and it's almost a wonder violence isn't much worse.

Any person could be violent in the right situation. Look less at color and more at the experiences.

because they didn't, you stereotyping racist. they don't have a violent culture, it just seems that way cuz ur grown into believing that. some of it is just how they got raised, which is affected by other forms of racism. maybe if there were less people like you, then they wud all be happy and do no crime.

The same syndicate that murdered JFK.. RFK & MLK.. aka the MIC.. (Military Industry Complex) -- they saw how people in this country.. black & white.. were uniting.. coming together.. and how much power we had.. and knew their shenanigans would never fly unless they could demolish that union..
And so... today we have a trashed out consumer driven & mindless.. devisive population that is circling the drain.. and destined to fall.. like many empires before us..
