Yep. They have testosterone that causes this.
Men have different levels of this; no two men are the same. Other factors effect them too.
The creator made it that way. Men/animals have the urge to go from female to female to reproduce, while the female takes months to give birth so she does not need to have a constant sex drive.
Nature and the species have this worked out to survive.

Let me put it this way//When ever I come across another question like this it makes me ill..I don't want to think about sex all the time..there are other things to do in life..although I enjoy sex more than anything in the world while I'm having it...it's just I don't think about it every 3 seconds. No offense.

yes men are little more horny than women, but we cant neglect women if no women there's no sex to males. for maximum satisfaction both sexes should reach the top. as men are more broader in mind than women men want to have it first.

nope, I mean I know I want it all the time and my husband likes to tease me and say I have the sex drive of a man.... So actually maybe majority of men want it more and think of it more but the few of us (the good ones) want it just as much and maybe more!! ;)

No, but women are more cautious about it because they have to deal with the consequences of pregnancy and they are more prone to STDs.

depends on the person. for instance, i have always had a higher sex drive than my spouse, mores the pity.
