It's difficult to get a free item nowadays, especially when one has the potential to sell it for money. The economy is low nowadays. People need to do whatever they can to survive!

It's unlikely someone is going to give a account that they worked on for a while, its better and more fun if you create an account and work on it, get good armor, level up, earn money from hard work. It pays off. I had played runescape and i had a lvl i think lvl80 account. It is really fun picking your own armor and making you own goals, fighting wonderous beasts, getting amazing different armor, quests that you do are fun with there own storry line. Thats all i can give you.

Just so you know, it is illegal to sell or buy runescape accounts. I would reccomend not doing this. Also, if somone gives you there account, some people may think you are a hacker.
