For the fast few years, i've had a real problem with speaking clearly. It started out with me speaking fast, and now idt's way out of constrol. Somestimes when i calm myself down, i can kind of speak clearly, but there are some letters like w's and y's that i have trouble with. Are there any vocal excercises that i can do that can help this problem? Thanks guys!

The Stuttering Foundation of America has a book "Self Therapy for the Stutterer" that may be available at your public library. Check their web site at www.stutteringhelp.org.

Stephen King wrote about how to overcome stuttering. I think it was in his book, "It." I think it involves things like pretending to be an actor and reading lines, or thinking of the word in another language and then switching back. There are speech therapists that could help you with this.
