both suck, I mean, they both play over and over in your head. but doing something embarrassing is a bit worse cause when it comes to saying things you can either deny it or say that it came out wrong.

Doing someone stupid is the worst.
Usually I dont notice if I say something stupid.

I pick saying something stupid because I always laugh when I do something stupid but when you say something, that shows that there might not be all that much up there.
