I've been messing around with some makeup recently, but I'm having a hard time figuring out what looks good on me (and makes me look sexy). I've got a fair skin tone that's got a pink-ish hue to it (I think), but due to being a Teen, I've got somewhat blotchy skin and some redness on my cheeks. Here are the pictures:

(sorry for bad quality, they were cell phone camera pictures)
Overall:

[bad lighting, unfortunately]
Eye color:

[As you can see, they are sort of olive green, with a bit of blue at parts. The problem is it's a little drab (I think, anyway.). My eyelashes are also short and somewhat sparse]
Lip color:

[My lips are naturally pink toned, and full.]

As a head's up, I look very washed out when I wear too bright of a red on my lips. I look good in red clothes, but not red lipstick.

My hair is a dull brown, with blonde highlights everywhere.

Can anyone help me?

also, sorry for the large cell phone in the eye picture. I was taking a picture out a handmirror.

Also, I wear glasses. My current ones are purple, but within 2 weeks I'm going to have new ones. I think the color is somewhat copperish, but I could be way off.

Said Green eyes are sort of a hazel, I suppose, and change colors a bit depending on my mood. When I'm sad, my eyes sometimes go bright green, but recently they've stayed in the same green-with-a-bit-of-blue ballpark. (My mother flipped when she saw the blue in them, since my eyes changed from blue to hazel when I was very little. She's pretty happy about it :) )

What's a good shimmer eyeshadow? I use both eye pencils (not usually eyeliner), and the little brush eyeshadows. I'm not huge on that type though because I want my eyes to pop, since they and my lips are probably my best features.

I tend to wear warm colors, though I can wear teal and blues sometimes. I like wearing pretty coppers, since it's natural, but with pop.

I also wear contacts, which make my eyes a bit more of a focus point, since the eye color tends to pop a bit more.

try using brown earth tones with a olive green powder eyeshadow smudged as eyeliner .Just lightly do not over do it, on your lids and plum on your cheeks. use a light cover makeup to conceal the blotchiness.
try using a plum lip liner and mauve tone lipstick.

Ok so you sound EXACTLY like me. I have the same dirty blonde hair. green eyes and light skin. It's a pain in the ***. Do avoid red lipstick unless you want to look pale. Use light pinks and peaches , lipgloss I prefer. You can also buy a lip liner that's one shade darker than your natural lip color. It'll give you a subtle outline that no one will really be able to point out. As for the eyes, curl your eye lashes even if they're short, and apply a volumizing mascara ( around $7-$9, a little more expensive) and brown would be better on you than black. You can try eyeliner to help outline your eye (since your eyelashes are sparse)... no real specifics there. I've always used light pinks and peaches on my eyes for a natural look. Be careful w/the peach, you don't wanna look like you have pink eye. I always hear that purple and grey looks best with green eyes, and it does. Just don't use a fark purple because you'll look pale as hell and ridiculous. Always dab a little white eye shadow on the inner corners of your eyes and highlight under your eyebrows as well. It'll make your eyes appear wider and brighter (really works). For your cheeks use the light peaches and pinks again. You should also apply a bronzer or shimmer to your face in a peach color. You can buy all of this crap at Walmart and it'll work. Well, that's what I do.

I think you would look great in just a natural look. Use light browns on your eyes. Beautiful eye color by the way so we really don't want to detract from the natural color. Use a good mascara to really get your eyes to pop. Make sure you curl them if they are straight. You might even get away with some purple hues on the eyeshadow. But mainly get a good foundation, a nice pink blush, and for your lips just a clear or pinkish lipgloss. You really don't need that much make up sweetheart.

So you want to play with color, try a shimmery sunflower gold for eyeshadow and I adore black Lashstylist mascara. Really you need shimmery light makeup. We all tend to over do it in our teens. Browns would be good too

you're a very fairly woman, yet your asking this question, so of direction you imagine this can be worth questioning about. So right it truly is what i guidance. examine it out. in case you liek it keep it up if no longer ditch it and by no ability some thing lost! :) First you've fairly pores and skin. So keep it gentle, no longer as in colour yet in volume. You seem out of your images to have somewhat darker pores and skin, so i might want to point darker colorings alongside with vegetables and coppers for eyeshadow. positioned on a lipstick that highlights your lip colour no longer a lot darker than what your organic lip colour jsut somewhat colour to operate, no longer too a lot darker because it doesn't seem organic and wont artwork to augment yet can do precisely the option. Ask your mom for help in utilizing it. one ingredient to keep in options than many women folk oftentimes ignore. you may be sure on one OR the different. Berry red lipstick (dark but not too dark) and medium to light brown eyeshadow. And don't put too much blush. It will totally work and you'll look gorgeous!
