and do you definately get spotting if you got the cramp ? i know everyone is different just like to know how it was for others out there, thanks

It feels like menstrual cramps. In my experience I felt it over a day or two. You may or may not spot. I did not.

I had menstrual like cramps and backache for about 3 days, like i would normally get just before my period. i had one bit of brown spotting mixed with lots of CM just when i wiped. A week later i got a BFP. :-)

yes it feels like menstral cramps, i had them and they lasted 7days. I found out i am preg, a wk ago and i still have some cramping, doc says that is my uterus growing. Go see doc and good luck.

yes it only happens once sometimes you get the spotting but most people dont
