It depends on who you talk to. Ask the Chechens where Russia is and ask the Russians and you will get two different answers there. Ask the Japanese about who owns the Kuril Islands and you will get a different answer from the Japanese.

Look it up, there is a little area that is not attached to russia and many think russia swhould gve it up.
