Not necessarily. You could just be a few days late due to things such as stress, change in diet/exercise, etc. If you are more than a week and a half late then I suggest getting a home pregnancy test (preferably one with two tests in the box in case you mess up) and take it in the morning when the pregnancy hormones are stronger in your urine. If it comes up negative and you still haven't seen your period, wait a week longer and then take the other one. If its still negative then go to the doctor and have them give you a test. Your breasts could just be hurting because your body is getting ready for a period thats just a few days late. Good luck!

I am 18 weeks pregnant and I experienced VERY tender breasts when i became pregnant. I waited until I was 35 days past the beginning of my last period to test. ( most cycles are a Max. of 35 days). There is a very good chance you could be pregnant. I suggest you take a test ( buy a brand with two just in case). Good Luck!

If you are around 6 days late you should get an accurate result on a preg test. Take one now and another about a week later. Good Luck!!!

Yes, breast tenderness similar to what you would get with PMS is one of the early signs of pregnancy. If you're 6 days late, you should take a pregnancy test and find out.

No i don't think so, your cycles not going to come on the exact same day as your last but it should come up some time within that last area. Cycles change, but if your breast is hurting then my guess is youre about to start your cycle, so don't panic, if not go see your doctor, because some pregancy test arent always accurate. GOOD LUCK

One of the first signs I remember when I first discovered I was pregnant, was sore breast. This however does not mean you are Pregnant. Too much Caffeine can cause your breast to be sore also. My advice, buy a Pregnancy test and see for sure. Early detection is always best..

You could be. If you are late, take a test! If you have changed your diet, have been under stress, or have changed your exercise routine, that could all affect the timing of your cycle, also (and working out could be contributing to the tenderness of your breasts). Ultimately, you should just take a test and get over the worry.

All that pain that you have in your breast wont be there every month IF you are pregnant..I can bet you are ready to start..probably tonight! I know this from experience. I have god awful pain before my periods..and they swell up like grapefruits..every month,,but everytime I got pregnant..that ended for the nine months.
