Thank you very much for your response. The BIN file I received is supposed to contain documents. PowerISO does not open it. It tells me that the format is unsupported.

I believe ISOBuster (the free version) can help. If not, check out Fireburner if you can find it.

Various programs use this extension; too many to list individually. Try using Win ISO ; no problem with it.
