Yeah, Boykins is stepping up right now. A lot of players do it. Kevin Martin has stepped up for the Kings. Matt Barnes has stepped up for the Warriors. And all players, even good ones, have a little trouble adjusting to the team right after you get traded. New atmosphere. New league. New teammates. AI still adjusting a little. Boykins stepping up right now. That's your answer. But by the time Melo gets back, I think AI will be ready and the Nuggets will possibly have the best duo in basketball, that is, except for Wade and Shaq.

Boykins knows the system Iverson is use to being the go to guy so it's going to be difficult for a while he'll be ok. Plus Boykins is gaining alot of interest around the league he might look good in a Cavaliers jersey.

boykins is playing relatively well but its because of the help he has from iverson. defenses focus on iverson a lot, this allows boykins to get off some easy shots.. iversons assists have gone up since joining denver and its fair to say he's making the players around him better. boykins playin better than "AI" is simply because AI has changed his game and his offensive presence allows boykins to have easy opportunities.

Nah. Boykins isn't a good fit for Denver. He looks to score first instead of setting up his teammates. And he pounds the ball too much

its only a few games. lets see how boykins does when jr smith and melo comes back. he will lose most of his minutes. he should ask for a trade.
